Robert Burns Johnson, 93, of Granville, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Middleton Assisted Living. He was born on March 4, 1927 in Millersport, OH, a son to the late Burns and Margaret (Eder) Johnson. Robert graduated from Johnstown Monroe High School and was a WWII veteran, serving in the Air Force. He farmed for many years and retired from Port Columbus International Airport after 31 years. He is survived by his children, Kathy Michels and Ken (Nancy) Johnson; grandchildren, Krissy (Shaun) Bush, Jim Susil, Katy Susil, Adam Michels, Nick (Beth) Johnson, Scott Johnson and Tyler Johnson; great-grandchildren, Nathan Bush, Nick Bush, Chris Susil, Ada Johnson, Mia Johnson and Gray Johnson. In addition to his parents, Robert is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris (Suver) Johnson; daughter, Kay Susil and son-in-law, Terry Michels. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. A celebration of life service will be at a later date.
