Shirley Ann Frederick, 82, of Pataskala, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born in Pataskala, OH on September 14, 1932, a daughter to the late Alvah and Esther (Wiswell) Lightfoot. Shirley is survived by her children, Daniel (Debbie), Randy (Amanda), Tracie (Jim) Winegardner and Tad (Natalie); 25 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Jim Lightfoot and many other extended loving family members. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, William C. and brother, James W. Wendall. Friends may call from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH, 43062. Funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Greg Walsh officiating. Graveside service and interment will be on Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christian Bible Fellowship (Mission Funds), 1513 Johnstown-Alexandria Rd., Alexandria, OH, 43001 in Shirley’s memory.
