Stacy (Tullis) Layne, 33 of Etna, passed away at Select Specialty Hospital on June 19, 2011. Born on April 21, 1978 to Lance Tullis and Debra Brooks in Columbus, Ohio. Survived by husband of 12 years Keith Layne, K-9 Companion Saddie, sisters Tamara (Shane) Humphrey and Cassandra Brown, nieces Nicole and Leah Humphrey, grandmother Ida Irwin, mother-in-law Karen Combs. Preceded in death by grandmother Louise Tullis and grandfathers Paul Irwin and Robert Tullis. Friends may call at Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home, Pataskala on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 1-3 and 5-7pm.
