Arthur Forrest Sudduth, Jr., 83, of Peachtree City, GA passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015. He ws born on July 23, 1931 to the late Birdie Alline Alford Sudduth and Arthur Forrest Sudduth, Sr. in Ocilla, GA
He graduated from Russell High School in 1948. After 28 years of service, he retired from International Paper Company in 1979. He married the love of his life, Mary Nell Clark, in 1951 in Hapeville, GA. He was a member of the Lafayette Masonic Lodge #44.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Nell Sudduth of Peachtree City, GA; son, Don Sudduth (Sandy) of Orange Beach, AL; daughter, Connie Shealy (Charles) of Fayetteville, GA; brothers, Raymond Sudduth of Madison, MS and John Sudduth of Fayetteville, GA; grandchildren, Sara Sudduth Musial, Cody Shealy, Dustin Shealy, and Bryan Robinson; great-grandchildren, Aaron Musial, Shane Musial, Isabel Robinson, Christopher Robinson, and Coen Shealy; nieces: Tracy, Kelly, Kristel, Pam, and Lisa; and his nephews: Rick, Jeff, Preston, Andrew, and Doug.
A memorial service will be held in our chapel on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 12:00pm. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
