

Christian Aaron Boggs, 30 of Sharpsburg, passed away on January 28, 2021. Christian was born in Minnesota on April 14, 1990 and then moved to Georgia with his family in 1997. He graduated from Northgate High School and attended college at Georgia State University. He became a Marine in 2018 and was pursuing a career in the film industry. Christian never met a stranger and always wanted to make everybody feel included. He was an entertainer, cracking jokes, and making everyone laugh constantly. His smile was genuine and his laugh infectious. In his free time, he loved being with his two nephews, working out, attending music festivals, and playing video games. He also enjoyed watching college football, the Atlanta Braves, anime, and pro wrestling. He also enjoyed creative writing and was even working on writing a book! Christian was well loved by his family as a son, brother, grandson, and uncle.
Christian is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, CW3 U.S. Army Retired Charles Harold Gibson and Betsy Ann Gibson. Christian is survived by his parents, Michael Andrew and Cynthia Ann Boggs and his siblings, Michaela Ann Barber, Elizabeth Ruth Boggs, and Matthew John Boggs. In addition, he is survived by his brother-in-law William Barber and his two nephews, Dawson Barber and Gunner Lennert. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Major U.S. Army Retired John Andrew Boggs and Specialist 4 U. S. Army Ruth Olive Boggs; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who felt like family.
Our family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 5:00-6:30 pm at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home & Crematory, 135 Senoia Road, Peachtree City. The memorial service will be at 6:30 pm with Pastor Andrew Owensby officiating.
The family appreciates all prayers, Christian will be greatly missed.
