Dean is survived by her daughter, Freda Abraham and son-in-law, Charles "Abe" Abraham of Sharpsburg, GA; son, Ray Goodfellow and daughter-in-law, Lynda Thomas Goodfellow of Peachtree City, GA; grandchildren, Forrest Goodfellow (Stephanie) of Watkinsville, GA, Niles Goodfellow of Savannah, GA, and Reid Goodfellow of Athens, GA; stepsons, John Coursey (Jann) of University Place, WA, Brent Coursey of Greenville, OH, and Tom Coursey (Margaret) of Atlanta, GA; stepdaughters, Mary Martha Scarr (Bob) of Marietta, GA and Lou Elyn Saylors (Dale) of Woodstock, GA; step-grandchildren, Elena Coursey of Johnson City, TN, Jeremy Coursey of University Place, WA, and Jonathan Coursey of Denver, CO.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016 at 1:00pm in the chapel at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, GA. Dr. George Dillard will officiate the service. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment services will be privately held by the family.
