James was one of my best workout buddies! I could always count on his friendship, as well as his motivation while at World Gym. We shared so many laughs over the years. One memory I have is him riding his bike alongside of me while I ran on the paths. He wasn't a runner, but saw it as a way for us to continue to workout and have great conversation together. 

He was also one of my most dedicated participants in my spin classes. He would often give me song recommendations and help recruit others into the class. He made everyone happy!

I will miss his friendship so much. I lost touch with him over the years.  I wish now that I could 'rewind' and make sure he knew how good of a friend he was to me!

Jamie! there is a lot to say about Jamie. He was the funniest person in the room, he always knew how to place a smile on anyones face. I remember the day I hired Jamie at Clean Eatz Peachtree City, a moment I'll never forget. He walked into our cafe and told me that he doesn't think he'll fit in here (bc we were a healthy food company) I told Jamie that, yes, we are a healthy food company but at the same time we are about changing lives no matter through food or friendship. We did a tour and at the end of the tour/interview he asked "so, I have a job?" I said of course! Jamie worked with me side by side for over 2 years. He is one of the greatest friends I have ever made, there's only about 4 people besides my wife and children that I could count on no matter what and Jamie was one of those. I share this picture because one its when Jamie was with us at Clean Eatz and two because he loved food! Look at the way he's looking at that chicken nugget haha! I love you brother! I know you are in heaven and healed! No more pain! I love you and a tear comes to my eye writing this because I know I lost someone so special but I know you are pain free and GOD has received himself a champion friend in you! Rest easy brother.
