Dear Faye and Family,                                                            

I just learned today that Joe had gone to Heaven last September.
The memories of the times Joe and I spent in Masonic work together came flooding back.  He was a tiger when it came to getting things done.  

I remember I had to make a visit to his family when he applied for membership in Ben Hill Lodge.   Joe's father had been involved in Masonic work for years and was glad to see his son join the order.

Joe served with honor in Ben Hill Lodge and I could see that he was destoned for higher honors and we encouraged him as he progressed.  

His memory will remain in my heart until I pass.  May God's grace and peace be with you forever!

I am so very sorry to just now be finding out about Joe's passing. I wouldn't know where to begin with my fondest memories. Between the Campground and Mt. Gilead, his name was always one of the first to come to mind! Another Godly man has gained his angel wings! Well done, Joe! My thoughts and prayers are with Faye and the family.


I recruited Joe to be a judge for the DeMolay Ritual competitions and he fell in love with being a judge.  He did a great job as he did in everything he set out to do.   He set an exemplar example for a lot of DeMolays which I am sure they remember too.  A great man.  He will be missed.

I have great memories of Bro. Joe! What a man, what a Mason, what a Christian, what a Marine, what a great inspiration and mentor for guys like me and the many close friends that came in contact with him! Wow! I morn his loss but I am a better man and mason for having known him! Rest well good and faithful servant bro. Joe!

To Fae and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Joes passing.  Please know that my family sends you our sympathy and hope you know how very much he will be missed.  

Joe  was a prayer warrior. I always was  highly moved by his passionate prayers as masons gathered at the hospital where I worked and Masonic meetings. I will always remember the example he set.

He was one of our greatest generation and will be dearly missed
by thousands.   What a huge hole we have left to fill.  

Mwb joe suttles was a GREAT AMERICAN  , and a awesome speaker on every subject know to man I loved to hear him speak on America it gave him excitement you just don’t see in America anymore he will be sorely missed by ALL MASONS WHO KNEW HIM
