Michael Jerry Weems, 48, of Lithia Springs Georgia, passed away on December 22, 2017. His funeral service will be held this Friday December 29 at The Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home in Peachtree City, Georgia at 11am. Close family and friends may visit and pay respects beginning at 10am. Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn Georgia.
He was born May 12, 1969, in Atlanta Georgia, the son of Mary Annette Mann and the late Michael Henry Weems. He is survived by his mother, Mary Annette Mann of Douglasville Georgia, his sister Windy Michelle Weems of Lithia Springs Georgia, and his lifelong companion Theresa Grubbs of Lithia Springs Georgia. He is remembered with love by numerous other family members, nieces, cousins, and close friends.
Jerry will be loved and missed by all.
