Mr. Ronald Edward Young, 59, of Montgomery, AL passed away August 20, 2019. He was born in Homestead, Florida on December 18, 1959. Ronnie spent the majority of his life in Montgomery, AL. An avid Auburn University football fan and a grill master, he spent all of his free time working in his garden and yard. Ronnie was affectionately called Big PaPa by many. The life of every party, if you met him, you probably danced with him and definitely had a good time. A huge music enthusiast, he was a drummer, guitarist and pianist and, if he was feeling bold, a singer. We had our own one-man band. He danced to the beat of his own drum and his melody will forever live in our hearts.
He was the proud father of his 3 daughters, Pamela Young-Wynn, Ashley Young and Rachael Young. Ronnie is also survived by his grandchild, Cameron Young; and his mother, Marvelie Young.
Private family services will be held.
