Virginia W. Steele age 88, of Peachtree City, passed away August 18, 2011. Surviving are sons, Thomas Alexander Steele, Lee Paul Steele, daughter, Harriette Steele, grandchildren, Amy Angela Steele, Andrew Lee Steele, Alejandro Venegas-Steele, sisters, Avis Wynn Chambless, and Riley Mae Carroll. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 22, 2011 at 11:00 am at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home chapel 135 Senoia Road, Peachtree City, GA. 30269. Interment will follow at 12:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the International Red Cross.
