Bobby Joe Jordan Sr.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home, Pearl, MS, on Monday, April 1st from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, and Tuesday, April 2nd, from 9:00am until 10:00am, followed by services at 10:00am in the Funeral Home chapel. Burial will take place afterwards at Richland Cemetery.

Bobby Joe was born October 26, 1936 in Simpson County. He and his wife bought their home in Richland where they resided for 64 years, raising their children. His biggest joy was coin collecting and working in his yard.

Bobby Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Jordan, his parents, George and Etha Jordan and brother, John D Jordan.

Bobby Joe is survived by his son Bobby Joe Jordan, Jr., daughter, Jennifer (Farrion) Thurman all of Richland and Brother-in-love Jimmy (Joan) Westerfield of Florence; grandchildren, Scott (Pattie) Baughman of Brandon, MS, Corrie Jordan of Richland, MS, April Hillhouse of Brandon, MS, Ryan (Rebecca) Baughman of Florence, MS, Kelli (James) Barta of Richland, MS, Brandon Thurman of Florence, MS, Brent (Lynn) Thurman of Florence, MS and Adam (Jessica) Mizell of Florence, MS; and great-grandchildren, Carsyn Kate Baughman, Emma Thurman, Blake Baughman, Cole Mizell, Joley Kate Mizel, Belle Thurman, Madaline Baughman and Estella Thurman.

Pallbearers are his grandsons.
