Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Eastside Baptist Church in Pearl.
Carrie was born September 13, 1966, in Canton, Mississippi, a daughter of the late William P. Hamilton and Georgia May Price Hamilton. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Pearl and worked as a cook at Mama's Kitchen in Richland for more than 18 years. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with them. Her hobbies included collecting angels, crosses, and dolphins.
She is survived by her husband, Charles H. Whittington, Jr.; daughters, Keri Diamond, Jamie Diamond Hardin, Valerie Diamond, and Tiffany Diamond Irby; step-children, Charlene Meza, Jessica Whittington, Andrew Whittington, and Charles H. Whittington, III; brothers, Wayne Hamilton, and Percy Hamilton; sisters, Bervin Bowen, Kathy Knowles, Kelly Knowles, and Joeanna Hamilton; several grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
