Mr. Eddie T. Wadford, 68, passed away at the VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS on September 11, 2011. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Chapel in Pearl with interment in Rehobeth Baptist Church Cemetery in Rankin County. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 PM and Tuesday from 12 – 2 PM at Baldwin-Lee.
Mr. Wadford was born February 16, 1943 to Lonnie and Emma Wilcher Wadford. He was a Vietnam Veteran and leaves behind grieving family, friends and fellow veterans. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Crystal Kimble and brothers, Jr., Charles, Glenwood and C.L.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Wadford; son, Anthony Wadford; grandson, Cole Wadford; brothers, James Wadford, Billy Wadford and Johnny Wadford; sisters, Mary Waldrup, Manie Burns and Ruby Turner and extended family and friends. He will be missed.
