Edna Faye Turner

Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm, Friday, February 17, 2017, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Memorial services will follow at 7:00pm in the funeral home chapel. Private inurnment services will be held at a later date.

Faye was born June 6, 1938, in St. Charles Kentucky, a daughter of the late James Henry Hail and Myrtle Edna Huddleston Hail. She spent her younger years in Dawson Springs, Kentucky, and has resided in Pearl for the last 43 years. She retired from Allstate Insurance in 1995 after more than 25 years of service. She was a member of the Baptist faith, and had a passion for animals and their welfare.

In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Clyde Turner, daughter, Pandora Sue Turner, and brothers, J.W. Hale and Billy M. Hale.

Survivors include nephews, James Hale, Todd Hale, Jeffrey Hale, and Mark Hale; nieces, Hannah Keeney and Teresa Shaw; aunt, Josephine Hail; sisters-in-law, Elouise Hale and Rosalee Hale; several great-nieces and great-nephews, and her Turner family.
