Visitation is Monday, August 8, 2022, from 10:00am - 12:00pm, with the service immediately following at Dry Creek Baptist Church in Florence. Burial will be in the Dry Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Nash was a lifelong member of Dry Creek Baptist Church and served as President of the Thomasville Water Association for fifty years.
He is survived by daughters, Betty Curlee and husband Randy, and Linda Nash of Florence; grandchildren, Misty Lyke and husband Billy, and Joshua Nash of Florence; great-granddaughters, Ashten George and fiance Leland Westphal of Brandon, and Katlyn Lyke of Braxton; and many extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife Geneva Nash; brother, Grady Nash; sister, Mattie Faye Trollinger; and parents, Ruthie and Arlin Nash.
The family would like to express a special thank you to the nursing staff of the ER and ICU at Merit Rankin, and the staff of Heart of Hospice for their love and support during this trying time.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Dry Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Betty Curlee, 143 Coke Rd., Florence, MS 39073.
