A graveside service will be held at 12pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Concord Cemetery in Enterprise, MS.
Mrs. Carter was born in Enterprise, MS to the late Mike and Ada Irene Boone.
She is survived by her son, James Newel and wife Monika of Ocala, FL; and her daughter, Nellie Faye Newell.
