Visitation will be held 9:00-11:00am, Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
Sister Nancy was a former manager of the Second Chance Resource Center Network in Pearl, and ministered for several years throughout Rankin and Hinds County. A true daughter of God, she touched many lives and will be remembered for her loving service to others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas K. Phillips; daughter, Priscilla Phillips; and sons, John Adam and Thomas John Phillips.
Survivors include son, Jonathan Matthew Phillips; grandchild, Jaxon Rowe Phillips; devoted friend, Dan Hatcher; brothers, Jerry Wayne Keeton, James Edd Keeton, Jr., Ricky Keeton and William Walton Keeton; and sisters, Gloria Anne Bielaga, Sandra Lynn Smith and Billie Anne Higham.
