A Visitation and Life Celebration Reception will be 6:00-8:00pm, Monday, June 19, 2017, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, June 20, 2017, in the Jackson Cemetery in Flora.
Mr. Manning was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and anything that connected him with nature. He was also a sports enthusiast who followed his favorite players form high school throughout their professional careers.
He was a hard-working man who overcame many childhood disadvantages and growing pains to become the loving father and grandfather he was meant to be.
As a brother, he was adamant about keeping his siblings close and taking care of them when he could. As a father, he was supportive of his children’s activities and successes in life.
Survivors include his children, Mark Manning and Valerie Manning; and brothers, Donald Manning, Jerry Manning, and Butch Manning.
