Robin enjoyed gardening, reading, fishing, family vacations, sister trips and a passion for birdwatching just like her mother. She was also an avid LSU fan.
Robin is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Michael Lewis Knauss; her children Rachel (Jason) Rovano, Bridgette (Michael) Lifer, and Michael Derek Knauss; her grandchildren Justin Stewart, Caitlin McLean, Ashlyn Neely, Avery Lifer, Paisley Rovano and Daniel Wiggins; great-grandchild, Kyzer Neely; and her sisters, Patricia (Kim) Pickett Saxton and Wilma (Blake) Blakemore Pickett Amundsen.
Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Edmond Pickett and Wilma Blakemore Pickett, brother, Jon Edmond Pickett and sister, Debra Lynn (Lynn) Pickett Roberts.
She was a wonderful, dedicated, caring, loving spouse, mother, sister, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was full of love, laughter and resilience. Her happiness was with her family. She loved them with a fierceness that could not be matched, and never let a day go by without telling them how much she loved them or how much they meant to her.
Our mama, the light of our lives, will unite with our loving family in heaven and be another angel among us. As mama always said, "This isn't goodbye. This is see you later."
A Memorial Service to celebrate Robin’s life will be held on October 26, 2024, from 1pm-4pm at The Clubhouse, Timbers 2, located 110 Longbranch Dr., Brandon, MS, 39042.
