Samuel "Sam" Plunkett

He was born April 15,1946 in Belzoni, MS to Charles C. Plunkett and Mary Ruth Plunkett. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Angie Plunkett. He is survived by his daughters Theresa Lenderman (Mike), Emma Mathes (Jessie), Micki Posey, Ruth Fant, Amanda Loomis (Tony), twelve grandbabies and 4 great grandbabies, and his two sisters Jean Horne and Eveline Plunkett.

Samuel was retired from over fifty years in the tire recapping business.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, sisters and grandson Zachary Loomis.

Samuel was loved by so many and will be missed by all.

His memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Baldwin Lee Funeral Home in Pearl, MS.
