Mrs. Sandra Lyon Lucas, 58, died January 4, 2012 at St. Dominic Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday, January 6, 2012 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Chapel in Pearl with interment in Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 PM.
Mrs. Lucas was a retired employee of the MS State Board of Community Colleges. She was a member of McLaurin Heights United Methodist Church and the Pearl chapter of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband, Joel R. Lucas of Pearl; son, Jordan C. Lucas (Kathryn) of Newton; daughter, Sharon Dennis (Keither) of Pearl; sister Anita DeWitt of Marietta , Ga; grandchildren, Keither Bradley Dennis and Addie Dennis.
