Elaine was a longtime member of Christ Congregational Church in the Johns community south of Brandon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Ina Bell McMillian; her beloved husband, Rev. David Patrick; brother, H.W. McMillian; and sisters, Juanita Walters, Erma Lee Hester, Myrtis Tucker, and Patricia Patrick.
Survivors include daughters, Sharon Lynn Walker, Cynthia Patrick Smith, and Felicia Hope Nope; grandchildren, Trista Zerbe (Joshua), Adam Smith (Nicole), Emily Warren (Brent), Donnie Walker, Susan Swindle (Red), Paige Smith (T.J.), Patrick Smith, Chase Ragland (Angel), and Conner Ragland (Chelsea); 15 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Merritt, and Dot Burnham.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services are 11:00am, Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Christ Congregational Church with interment in the Johns Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Rev. Alvin Doyle and Rev. Ted Giordano will officiate. Serving as pallbearers will be Adam Smith, Chase Ragland, Conner Ragland, Patrick Smith, Brent Warren, T.J. Smith, Tim Jones, and Donnie Walker.
