Visitation will be 5pm - 7pm Friday, October 2, 2015 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Benson served in the MS. National Guard 155th Armored Brigade for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 61+ years, May B. Benson; son, James T. "Tommy" Benson; daughter, Martha Benson Moore; grandchildren, Jason Moore, Heath Benson, and Kelly Moore; his beloved four-legged friend and companion, Kay; and very close cousins and extended family.
