Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl. Graveside services will be held at 10:00am, Friday, September 18, 2015 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
She was born Tuesday, July 15, 1952 in Jackson, Mississippi, a daughter of the late Daniel Henry Webster and Gladys Vera Abel Webster.
Vera was a faithful member of Hickory Ridge Baptist Church in Florence. She retired from International Paper Co. after 30 years of service, and was later employed with Telapex for several years. Vera enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include husband, Andy Boatwright; daughter, Kayla Johnson and husband Matthew; son, Charlie Thibodeaux and wife Amanda; step-son, Kevin Boatwright; sister, Frances Logan; brother, Raymond Sims; and grandchildren, Carmen, Brayden, Paxton, Payton, Cole, Brent, Chase and Tristan.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s charity of choice.
