Visitation will be held 12:00pm-1:30pm, Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home in Pearl with funeral services to begin at 1:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Graveside services will follow at 4:00pm in the Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Lake, Mississippi.
He was born Tuesday, October 7, 1930 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, a son of the late Herbert L. Adams and Estelle Hagan Adams. Mr. Adams was a retired auto repair mechanic.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Libby Adams.
He is survived by daughters, Sherri Adams, Vickie Adams and Terrie Padilla; brothers, Johnny Adams and Herbert Adams; roommate and best buddy, Jack Welborn; and several grandchildren, including his adopted "six pack".
