Mrs. Burk is preceded in death by her parents, James and Hazel Ray; and brother, James Ray, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dave Burk; children, Janet Green (Danny) of College Station, TX, James Burk (Gaylyn) of Forney, TX, Deana Smith (Mike) of Brandon, MS, Wesley Burk (Donna) of Forney, TX, Nolan Burk (Teresa) of Irving, TX, and Wendy Wolfe (Gary) of Tulsa, OK; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
