

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Monica Roberts and his daughter, Grace of Manvel, Texas; his mother, Thelma; his sister, Valerie (Ann); his brothers, Lonnie and Don of San Diego, California; his half-brothers, David Nunez, Cesar, Lamont, and Ernest of San Diego, California and his half-sisters, Georgina, Jean, Violet, Yadira of San Diego, California. He was predeceased by his father, Ernest Alexander; his brothers, Jerry Alexander and Ernest Alexander, Jr.
Ronnie was a loyal and devoted husband and father. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved taking cruises and exploring new adventures. He also enjoyed fishing and teaching his daughter everything there was to know about fishing. Ronnie was a talented artist. He often displayed his artistic abilities when decorating for his daughter's birthday parties. His daughter shares the same artistic spirit as her father.
Ronnie was a valued employee at Methodist Hospital Inc. He worked in the Methodist IT department since 2015. He enjoyed working with others and helping them resolve problems. He received many awards and accolades while working at Methodist to include, Harvey's Heroes, ICARE Achievement, Humanitas, and All Star recognitions.
Ronnie was well known and respected throughout the community. He participated in the Neighborhood Watch Program for his community and other neighborhood events. He believed in doing his civic duty and making sure his daughter understood the importance of volunteer work. They would often voluntarily pick up trash scattered around the community lakes.
Ronnie was very spiritual and believed in putting God first. He grew up in the church where he served different roles and wore many hats. He was also a very humble and generous person. He would bend over backwards to help those in need. He would buy food, give clothes, or money for the homeless. He covered the rent and groceries for a elderly person that was at risk of losing their apartment and paid for their groceries. Ronnie believed in taking care of those in need and fighting for the little guy.
Ronnie's beautiful spirit, contagious smile, and loving ways will be remembered and greatly missed.
