Born May 27, 1924 in Peoria County to Norman Chester and Lillie Marie (Eaton) Kendall, she married Ralph Perry on November 7, 1964 in Pekin. He died January 12, 1983 in Kissimmee, Florida. She was also preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Robert Kendall, William Kendall, and Ronald Kendall.
Surviving are one daughter, Jody Perry of Minneapolis, Minnesota; two grandchildren; and two brothers, James (Jan) Kendall of Peoria and Gary (Janet) Kendall of Dayton, Ohio.
Alberta was a waitress for 25 years. She also had worked on the bottling line at Hiram Walker and in the cafeteria at Caterpillar, Inc. in East Peoria.
She was of the Catholic faith. Alberta enjoyed golfing in earlier years.
Private burial will be at Osceola Memory Gardens in Kissimmee, Florida.
