

Born August 4, 1975 in Galesburg to Charles and Linda (Olson) James, she married David Robb on August 3, 1996 in Galesburg. He survives.
Also surviving are three brothers, Teddy James of Indiana, Clinton (Carmen) James of Morton, Dustin (Ashley) James of Galesburg; one sister, Elana James of Morton; eight nieces and nephews, Carter, Kylie, Haley, Paul, Khloe, Nikolas, Makenna and Cooper.
Her parents preceded her in death.
A homemaker, Amanda was an avid Chicago Cubs fan. She was a loving and caring person who loved her family and her Lord. She was “the best person” and had a huge heart for special needs children.
She was a member of Eastside Bible Church in Morton.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Eastside Bible Church in Morton. Pastor Steve Weber will officiate. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Private family burial will be in Rio Baptist Cemetery in rural Knox County.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
