Ashley Nichole Hershey

She was born October 10, 1995 in Pekin, to James Hershey Jr. and Nichole Huddleston.

Surviving are her parents of Pekin; one son, Tyler Hershey; two daughters, Olivia and Jazlynn Hershey; three sisters, Haley Hershey of Pekin, Autumn Shoulders of West Virginia and Abigail Hershey of Sunnyland; paternal grandfather, James (Lana) Hershey Sr. of Arizona; paternal grandmother, Sandra Bennett of Pekin; maternal grandfather, Clay Huddleston; maternal grandmother, Janice Peterson of Pekin; two uncles, Dustin (Brittany) Huddleston and Daniel Huddleston, both of Pekin and one aunt, Sarah (Montie) Wilder of Pekin.

She loved listening to music and her home was always filled with songs and laughter.

Ashley spent her time loving her family, especially her children. She had a huge heart and her love will be remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at the Northside Community Center in Pekin. The family looks forward to celebrating her life with family and friends.
