He was born October 25, 1963 in San Diego, California to Wilbur L. and Julia (Gomez) Barlow. His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Melissa (Joseph) Bell of McKenzie, Tennessee; one son, Justin (Haley) Barlow of Yuma, Arizona; three grandchildren, Maria, Megan Jo, and Damon; and two brothers, Donald (Tonette) Barlow of Panama City, Florida and Ronald (Donna) Barlow of Gainesville, Florida.
Barry had worked as an over the road truck driver for Way Trucking Company out of Orlando, Florida.
He was a member of the Eastside Christian Church in Panama City, Florida.
Barry enjoyed painting and loved motorcycles. Above all else, he cherished his family.
Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
