Bonnie S Sea

Born July 18, 1949 in Pekin to Robert and Etta (Hoyle) Hoffman, she married Dennis Sea on October 8, 1966 in Pekin. They were married for eleven years.

Surviving are two sons, Dennie Robert Eugene Sea of Tinley Park and Dannie (Kari) Sea of Pekin; one granddaughter, Taylor Belcher of Pekin; one niece, Jeanetta (Tony) Cheers of Smithville, North Carolina; one aunt, Helen Jones of Pekin; and special friends, Dannie Walters and Brenda Painter, both of Marquette Heights and JoAnna Brown of Peoria.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Nancy Scobee.

Bonnie was the lead cook for ManorCare at Riverview in East Peoria for over 10 years, last working in February 2009.

She loved her dogs Anakin and McFlurry, and her new puppy, Buddy.

Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2009at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Pastor Aaron Samples will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
