Born October 29, 1975 in Peoria, he was the son of Charles Richard and Janet Sue (Martin) Moore.
Surviving are his mother, Janet Smith of Pekin; his father, Dick Moore of Pinson, Tennessee; two daughters, Skylar Moore of Mackinaw and Storm Moore of Pekin; one step-daughter, Samantha of East Peoria; two brothers, Jeff (Patti) Burroughs of Streator and Derek Smith of Peoria; two sisters, Stacy (Larry) Hammer of Pekin and Pamela Bell of Tennessee and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves a stepfather, Randy Smith of Sunnyland.
Chuckie was a roofer. He was a good person who loved us all.
Private family services will be held at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Cremation will be accorded.
