Pekin ~ Charlotte Margaret Burch, 87, of Pekin, passed away at 3;25 a.m., Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at UnityPoint Health -Proctor in Peoria.
Born November 27, 1926 in Taylorville to Merle and Caroline (Peters) Phillips, she married Edmond Burch in 1945 in Pekin.
Surviving are 1 daughter, Becky (Brian) Weaver of Washington; 1 son, Robert (Christine) Burch of Pekin; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and 1 son, Jim Burch.
Charlotte had worked as a secretary at Caterpillar, Inc. and as a teller at First National Bank in Pekin.
She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Pekin.
She enjoyed oil painting.
Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Elder Clayton Denning will officiate. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the funeral. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
