Cheryl Ann Robinson

Born December 8, 1955 in Pasadena, Texas to Ralph “Bus” and Beverly (Creighton) Warner, she married Cary Robinson on February 8, 1993 in Jamaica. He died November 7, 2021 in Pekin. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Jodi Hasler and her brother-in-law, Larry Dennis.

Surviving are one daughter, Cassie (Kyle) Seward of Pekin; four grandchildren, Dylan Murray, Bentley Seward, Shay Seward and Skyler Seward all of Pekin; one sister, Judy Dennis of Sterling. She is also survived by Chad Robinson, Kelli (Matt) McDaniel and Todd Robinson.

Cheryl had worked at Pekin Insurance for 35 years as a Personal Lines Underwriting Specialist before retiring in February 2013.

A loving mother and grandmother, Cheryl enjoyed traveling, quilting, sewing projects and putting together jigsaw puzzles with friends. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren.

Cheryl was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pekin.

Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at First United Methodist Church in Pekin. Pastor Patty Johansen will officiate. Visitation will be from noon to 1:15 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin.
