Born January 11, 1967 in Peoria to Tommy and Sandy (Estes-Cheatham) Mason, she married Randy Jay Hardin on October 3, 2013. He died April 21, 2021 in Pekin. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Mike Brubaker.
Surviving are three sons, Dustin Hardin and Kevin (Samantha Miller) Hardin, both of Pekin and Brandon Hardin of Calhoun, Georgia; six grandchildren, Haydn, Hazel, Sophia, Hunter, Braydn and Easton; one sister, Misty (Jerry) Shaffer of Vero Beach, Florida and four brothers, David Brubaker of California, Mark (Traci) Brubaker of Denver, Colorado, Greg Mason of Peoria and Tom Mason, Jr. of Washington.
Dawne enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching true crime on TV, warm weather and family gatherings.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. A gathering celebrating Dawne’s life will be held at a later date.
