

She was born December 2, 1956 in Pekin to Clyde Ivan and Carmen Marie (Curto) Martin.
Surviving are her husband, Billie L. Bellville of Peoria; one daughter, Bridget Y. (John) Marden of Delavan; two granddaughters, Zonna (Jace) Perrault of Peoria and Kizzy Swingle of Delavan; six brothers, Mark (Gayle) Merritt of Pekin, Randy (Renee) Merritt of South Pekin, Michael (Michele) Pawelczak of Springfield, Tony (Laura) Pawelczak of Pekin, Rick (Elaine) Wyatt of Maryland and Ron (Cindy) Wyatt of Charleston, SC and three sisters, Claudette (John, Jr.) Sweeney of South Pekin, Linda (Fred) Rutledge of Springfield and Kelley (Del) Nagel of Pekin. She also leaves her father, Clyde (Mary) Martin of Spring Lake and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Carmen M. and Calvin D. Merritt; one sister, Gina Wood and one nephew, R. J. Merritt.
Deanna last worked as a personal caregiver for Help at Home in Pekin in October, 2014. She previously worked for the American Red Cross as a phlebotomist for more than 10 years. She also had worked at the Clinton Nuclear Power Plant and drove a semi for many years.
Deanna loved to cook, garden and fish. She also loved motorcycle riding and going for long rides, especially down to Spring Lake and around the forest. She just loved being outside and family was always very important to her.
Her visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2015 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no service and cremation will be accorded.
