Debra K Martin

Born November 26, 1955 in Peoria to Grant and Mary (Nance) Zorn, she married Earl Martin.

Surviving are her mother of Springfield; three sons, Grant (Jackie) Price of Peoria, Jacob Price of Peoria, Earl Martin of East Peoria; eleven grandchildren, Cody, Alan, Debra, Faith, Brandon, Hunter, Graysie, Vesper, Anthony, Marissa and Eleanor; two brothers, Don Zorn of Bloomington, William Zorn of Springfield; two sisters, Diana (Mark) Huffman of Missouri and Mary Hammitt of Springfield.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Debra had attended the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ in Peoria.

She had worked 20 years for District 309 East Peoria High School as a bus driver, retiring in 2015.

Debra loved horses and owls, painting, drawing, fishing, camping and being outdoors. She was also an avid fan of John Wayne.

Her graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday January 20, 2016 at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Pastor Jeffrey Lashley will officiate. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to aide with expenses.
