

PEKIN ~ Dora Margaret Tucker, 68, of 204 Reservoir Rd., passed awayat 6:25 a.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2005 at Sylvia's House, Hospice of Marion County, Florida. She was a winter resident of 2300 NE 32nd Place, Ocala, Florida.
Born May 29, 1937 in Mill Springs, Kentucky to Albert and Emma McDaniel Young, she married Wendell E. Tucker on December 27, 1977 in Pekin.
Surviving are her husband; 3 grandchildren, Richard Jacob Bell, Candice Rae Bell, andBrittany Marie Bell, all of Pekin; 6 brothers, Forrest Young and Richard Young, both of Tallula, Illinois, Oliver Young, Charles Young, Albert Young, and Carl (Connie) Young, all of Springfield; 8 sisters, Linda Sherman of Tallula, Lena Arthur of Viginia, IL, Marjorie (Paul) Harris and Angela Young, both of Ashland, Judy (Jim) Miller of Athens, Maudie (Jerry) Creighton and Rhonda (Les) Joear, both of Rochester, and Betty Lehan of Laguna Hills, California.
She was preceded in death by 1 son, Michael Jacob Bell on August 18, 1992 in Pekin; 1 brother, James Young; and 1 infant sister, Mary Young.
A homemaker, Mrs. Tucker was a member of Pekin First Church of God and attended the Living Hope Community Church in Ocala.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 24, 2005at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin chapel. Rev. Thomas Cone will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2005at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
