He was born February 28, 1933 in Ellisville to Keith and Lillian (Hoyt) Sullivan.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Julie (Gary) Reneau of Washington and Dea Sullivan of Pekin; and 2 grandchildren, Cory and Hayley Reneau, both of Washington.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Edward Kent Sullivan.
He had served in the U.S. army.
Jerry worked for Caterpillar, Inc. for 32 years, retiring from the Morton Logistics Center in 1983.
He enjoyed traveling to Florida and Yuma, Arizona, RV living, and fishing.
Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
Private burial of his cremated remains will be in Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin.
