I was saddened to hear of Fred's recent passing.  He was a wonderful person who's love of family, friends and nature made him a joy to be with.  I will always remember the days he took me fishing.  They were special.

   Fred was such a good friend to our family and I will always cherish that you and Fred stayed close to Mom and Dad. It meant a lot to me when Fred hired me to work for Him at Hobart Sales and Service right after High School. He offered helpful advice to me while growing up
and we will always remember him.

Dear Tom, Joyce, Matt, Nate, Katie,  Our deepest condolences go out to you all in this difficult time.  We are filled with great memories of Grandpa, specifically on ski trips and holiday gatherings.  Grandpa was a great man who was nothing short of a positive influence on us.  He will be missed.  We will keep Grandpa and his family in our daily prayers.

All of us at Retzer, Gerber & Associates are saddened to learn of Fred's death.  We always enjoyed his visits and he will be missed.

Dear Tom, Joyce, Katie, Nate and Matt - Becky and I extend our deepest sympathy for the loss of your father and grandfather. We always greatly enjoyed our time spent with Fred and Julie on SDA trips and meetings. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this difficult time.

Fred and I go back quite a few years, having met him through running. I always liked Fred very much for he was always a very positive person with a great outlook on life. He was competitive, compassionate and those who called him a friend were fortunate. He will be missed.

God bless your family and warm your heart in your difficult time. I never met Fred, but it is very obvious the kind of person he was by working with his family members everday.
