

Born October 18, 1934 in Mahomet to Lester and Edna (Cramer) Warner, he married Marie Antoinette Colclasure. He later married Jeanine K. Montgomery on December 10, 1981 in South Pekin. She preceded him in death on June 10, 2009. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Virginia McKeithen.
Surviving are four daughters, Amy (Curt) Ware and Leslie Hess of Mahomet; Dawn (Dave) Ball of East Peoria; Denise Montgomery of Helena, MT; two sons, Jaxson Warner of Champaign; and Scott (Jennifer) Warner of Tremont; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one sister Jeanne (Eugene) Barr of Champaign; and one brother, Bob (Martha Sue) Warner of TN.
Jack had served in the United States Army from 1952 to1955. He then served in the United States Air Force from 1958 to1959. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
He was a retired meat cutter, last working for Raber Packing Company in Peoria.
Jack enjoyed playing cards at the Miller Center and his coffee time at McDonalds with friends. His most cherished times were fishing with his wife at the Lake of the Ozarks.
Private burial of cremated remains will be at a later date in Riverside cemetery in Mahomet. Arrangements have been entrusted with Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
