Born November 6, 1928 in West Frankfort to George and Ella Mae (Snethen) Hall, he married Wanda Loudean Shelton on June 6, 1947 in West Frankfort. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Darlene Kay (John) Clemens of Ormond Beach, FL; one son, Pastor J. Randall “Randy” (Debi) Hall, Jr. of Morton; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one brother, George (Evalyn) Hall of Tucson, AZ and one sister, Naomi Green of West Frankfort.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Paul Hall, Fred Hall and Marshall Hall and one sister, Ruby Perry.
Jim was a World War II Army veteran. He had worked as a self-employed roofing contractor for many years.
No services or visitation are planned. Cremation will be accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
