Joanne C Toothman

Born December 9, 1942 in Streator to Arnold H. and Harriet P. (Poundstone) LeVelle, she married Jimmie Toothman on November 5, 2005 in Creve Coeur. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Donald (Jan Mickelson) Cline, Jr. of Frostproof, Florida; two step-sons, Jared Toothman of Milan and Jimmie Toothman, II of Davenport, Iowa; two step-daughters, Kristin Toothman of Creve Coeur and Kimberly Poole of Davenport, Iowa; two grandchildren, Erin Armagast and Brandon Cline and one great-grandson, Ryan Armagast.

JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Owen, Frank, Dwayne, Berkley, Jim and Bud LeVelle; three sisters, Chery Tunget, Phyllis Dutko and Barbara Flannery and former husband, Donald Cline, Sr.

She was self-employed as a union-licensed barber at JoAnne’s Barber Shop in Minonk and worked at Lutheran Hillside Village in Peoria and Liberty Village of Pekin.

JoAnne loved playing Bingo and was an avid shopper on the QVC channel.

Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. There will be no service.
