Judith A Clark

MANITO ~ Judith Ann (Goodin) Clark, 66, of 10417 Evergreen Drive, passed away at 8:31 a.m. Monday, December 17, 2007 at her residence. Born October 13, 1941 in Peoria to Harry and Opal (Batterton) Goodin, she married Robert Clark on February 21, 1962 in Pekin. He survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Nancy (Michael) Wienands of Liberty, Missouri; one son, Robert E., III (Tammy) Clark of Bellevue; one step-son, John (Tammy) Clark of Pekin; six grandchildren, several step-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley (Clyde) Zachman of Bartonville and Darlene (Dick) Reno of Pekin; two brothers, Gerald (Joanne) Goodin of Pekin; and Don (Sandy) Goodin of Manito and one brother-in-law, Gene Griffith of Bartonville. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bill Goodin and Robert Goodin, and one sister, Joyce Griffith. For over 20 years, she worked at her family's restaurant, Court Café, in Pekin. She previously had worked in sales at LB Price Mercantile, and most recently in the bakery at Casey's in Manito, last working on January 5, 2005. She enjoyed cooking, baking and catering. She made two family cookbooks to pass on her family recipes. Judy enjoyed her family and always put everyone else before herself. Her funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2007 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Chaplain Ronald E. Little will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation rites will be accorded following services. Memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Light Hospice 2000 W.
