

Born October 20, 1919 in Barbourville, Kentucky to Samuel Benton and Nancy Jane Sprinkels Hopkins, she married Daniel Edward Harris on December 2, 1945 in California. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Ernest Lee Clark of Colorado; two foster sons, Bernard Ray (Carol) Beck of Commerce, Georgia and William Ray (Shirley) Hauger of Indianapolis, Indiana; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters; and five brothers.
A homemaker and licensed real estate agent, Judy served as a WAVE in the United States Navy during World War II.
Judy enjoyed gardening, knitting, and cooking.
Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2006at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel, where visitation will be one hour before the funeral. The Rev. Delmar Smith will officiate.Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin, where military rites will be accorded by the United States Navy.
