Born June 6, 1936 in Gillespie, he was the son of Frank Joseph and Annette (Masse) McWeeny. His parents preceded him in death.
Surviving are two sisters, Shirley A. Eschmeyer of Pekin and Dorothy L. (Philip) Shannabarger of Normal; four nieces and nephews, Eric Eschmeyer of Pekin, Anne (Peter) Besold of Chicago, Gail (Michael) Kristin of Portage, Michigan and Dirk (Allison Carr) Shannabarger of Bloomington and eight great-nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was a 1954 graduate of Benld High School and served in the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1958.
He was an avid reader and enjoyed following politics.
His private graveside will be Monday, January 25, 2021 at Glendale Memorial Gardens in Pekin. There will be no visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin.
