PEKIN ~ Kylee Marie Calvin Choate, infant daughter of Jeanne Marie (Calvin) and Robert Eugene Choate,III, passed away at 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Kylee was born May 27, 2008 in Pekin.
She is survived by her parents, one brother, Cade Sammis, at home; maternal grandparents, Alvin Calvin of Pekin and Bonnie (Terry Dutton) Calvin of Tremont; paternal grandparents, Robert (Janet) Choate, II of East Peoria and Pat (Roger) Frank of Mapleton; paternal great-grandparents, Wayne (Berniece) Groenwald of Dunlap and Lucille Choate of East Peoria.
Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 23, 2008at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Jan C. Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
