Lois L. Voyles

She was born on November 30, 1930 to Lonnie and Janie (Ferguson) Watson in Shannon County, Missouri.

She married Donald Voyles on July 26, 1952 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on April 12, 1993.

She was also preceded by her parents; one grandson, Douglas Perdew; two great grandsons Anthony Burgess and Xander Maloney; three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by six daughters, Marsha (Ken) Kyser, Kathy Perdew, Tina Myers, Penny Lee, Nancy (Kevin) King, Delta (Matt) Otto; 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-granddaughter; several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She spent her entire life as a homemaker. She loved fishing and traveling her suitcase was always packed.

She will be forever missed and eternally loved.

Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday August 6, 2025 at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Jimmy Terrell will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Forest City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday August 5, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
